We work together to quickly assess our patient's breast care needs in order to devise an individualized treatment plan. We pride ourselves in providing our patients with education and assistance so that they can make informed decisions regarding specific treatments and procedures.
The breast care specialists here in Dallas, with a satellite location in Irving, work hand-in-hand with a variety of subspecialists that may include medical and radiation oncologists, plastic surgeons, radiologists, genetic counselors and other specialists.

Baylor Scott & White Breast Specialists – Dallas is staffed by experienced and highly trained surgeons and support staff knowledgeable in the latest advances in treating breast disease. Lucy Wallace, MD and Kaitlin Bokhari, MD specializes in:
- Diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer
- Evaluation of breast lumps, abnormal mammograms, abnormal sonograms, abnormal MRI of the breast, breast pain and nipple discharge
- Surgical management of breast lumps, breast cancer and breast infections

To ensure that your payment is correctly applied to your account, detach the slip from your Baylor Scott & White billing statement and return the slip with your payment. If paying by check or money order, include your account number on the check or money order.
Please mail the payment to the address listed on your statement.

Payments to HTPN can be made over the phone with our automated phone payment system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All payments made via the automated phone payment system will post the next business day. Please call 1.866.377.1650.
If you need to speak to someone about a bill from a Baylor Scott & White Hospital, our Customer Service department is available to take payments over the phone from Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and can be reached at 1.800.994.0371.
